I Know What It Feels Like
For thirty years, I chased success.
From feeling trapped and directionless in a small town to climbing the corporate ladder in London. Building the life everyone said I should want.
And yet I needed more. Not more success or more stuff, but more happiness.
Through burnout and breakthroughs, I discovered happiness is something you grow, not something you chase.

One-to-One Sessions
Weekly video calls, or in person if I’m in your city, where we explore what is blocking your peace and enhancing your happiness, then create a plan with clear steps to increase what energises you and reduce what drains you.

We work through each seed systematically, tailored to where you are and what you need. Some seeds will take root quickly, others need more time. We’ll honour your pace.

Understanding your patterns, triggers, and reactions. You'll learn to respond instead of react. Introduce your inner coach to your inner critic and start to work with, not against, yourself.

To yourself and to others. Kindness creates the soil where everything else grows. We'll practice what this actually means, beyond surface-level “nice”.

The most misunderstood seed. Boundaries create the framework for authentic connection. We'll work on this until it feels less like conflict and more like kindness.
